LoraleeLiving is the umbrella for serving local community near and far by Faith in Jesus Christ.
God, family and serving others is most important. The umbrella covers the weekly podcast, Town Visit Tuesday' with LoraleeLiving; Couture Space by LoraleeLiving and Citizens of Heaven, an Outreach Ministry. it is our mission to serve through the Coalition For The Homeless of Central Florida, The Mustard Seed and select orphanages in Africa with hopes to expand.
Guided by faith, Loralee embraces a lifestyle centered around God, family, fitness, and business. Fitness has been integral to Loralee's life from as young as 12, with nutrition becoming a focus at the age of 18.
An Idaho native who has become a Floridian, she cherishes her roots while also loving her home of over 30 years in Central Florida. Orlando has endeared itself to her, as she has come to appreciate the 'old Florida' nature. Central Florida is where she has nurtured her two children, her daughter and son. Both have graduated from Universities, UCF and UF, respectively. Her daughter has started her own family, with a daughter and twins on the way, making Loralee a grandmother! Her son is chasing his own dreams and ambition in business and golf.
Loralee's background stems from Telecommunications, yet she has developed an entrepreneurial spirit over the last 20 years. She has owned a small business, a custom closet boutique, and knows firsthand the excitement, the hard work and sweat that goes into it, along with the overwhelming satisfaction in knowing that a client/customer is happy and thrilled with the end product! Loralee knows the heartache of having to let a business go. And I she has learned that the people you surround yourself with, make the difference in the success you experience.
Loralee loves people and community, As she would frequent her favorite small businesses, whether a coffee shop, a family-owned foodie bar, whether Organic or not, just good food, being a business owner herself, intrigued her curiosity as to how they got started, what inspired them….how they give back…what keeps them going, what other guests/clients/customers besides herself, say about them. Loralee would ponder on it, as she sat in their shops or at their counter working on her Real Estate business. Loralee would find herself reflecting on her own custom closet company that she previously had…the immense joy and fulfillment it brought her. The ins and outs of each day… hustling and bustling as she would meet with clients to discuss their needs and have the opportunity to design and create living space that would truly meet their every need. And then to see the final product and see the smile and joy it brought to each client. It made her curious for these owners. She thought why not sit down with them and find out about their journey and perhaps share their heart and journey with their community; this is how Town Visit Tuesday's with LoraleeLiving began.
Through her local travels on the roads in business over the years, she has learned every back road and shortcut in Central Florida! My, how Orlando has changed over the years as we have so many cool little businesses…Orlando has grown into its own. From local boutique shops to eclectic coffee shops, to cool little Organic foodie bars, to hip breweries, a local distillery, and wineries. And so much more!
Loralee is excited to be a part of it and honored to have the opportunity to share the stories of local business owners.
In 2004, Loralee received an invitation to become part of a startup that specialized in custom closet solutions. She acquired knowledge of the business, honed her design skills, and gained insight into production and installation. Additionally, she cultivated a client base within the custom builder and interior design sectors. Loralee stayed for four years until the economy took a turn and that is when she started her own closet company! Loralee continued to develop longstanding relationships with Builders, Designers and various clients designing space for custom closets. Loralee closed the business in 2014 but still received calls from clients over the next several years who needed custom closets and Loralee was able to provide them!
In 2024, Loralee went back to her love of custom closets, relaunching the business under Couture Spaces by LoraleeLiving.
In 2017, Loralee studied for and received her Real Estate License, placing it at Keller Williams Winter Park Realty. While her work primarily involved listing opportunities working with homeowners, she did assist a few buyers, and through her listing opportunities, her focus became Land, and she studied through the LAND program at Keller Williams. It was a wonderful experience with wonderful clients. After seven and a half years, Loralee made the leap back to her love of Custom Closets full time in 2024.
Ministry and service to others are central to Loralee's calling. In December of 2019, God called her to ministry, a confirmation of a dream she had as a little girl. Citizens of Heaven777 is an Outreach Ministry dedicated to spreading the Word of God and serving local communities both near and far, including a Annual Coat and Blanket Drive, that began in 2013, supporting orphanages in Africa, with vision for further various outreach initiatives on the horizon. This ministry is the heart and soul of Loralee. With God's help and guidance, the people God places on the path of this ministry, and the direction God sends Loralee, there will be a great impact.
Should you require Loralee's assistance in any of these areas, do not hesitate to make contact. She is eager to foster further connections and is looking forward to the opportunity to meet and serve you.
